When you want us to, yes. On finish selections, layout questions, and day-of-install coordination, sometimes it's easier for us to talk to the homeowner directly with your blessing. When you'd rather stay in the loop, we route every conversation through you. Your preference on every project.
For a standard residential scope with plans or a scope sheet, usually a few days. Larger commercial or multi-unit production scopes take longer because there's more to price. Either way, we give you a realistic timeline up front instead of stringing you along.
